Does the 2009 Mercedes-Benz C300 have Bluetooth?
I bought a used 2009 Mercedes-Benz C300 earlier this week and was wondering whether I could connect my phone using Bluetooth—but seeing as I don’t have the owner’s manual, I’m not sure if it even has that feature. Does the 2009 Mercedes-Benz C300 have Bluetooth?

The 2009 Mercedes-Benz C300 does have Bluetooth connectivity—just keep in mind that, for the most part, your Bluetooth options are limited to hands-free calling. Streaming audio is technically possible, but not without retrofitting some elements first.
To connect your phone to the C300’s Bluetooth system, follow the instructions below:
Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on both your phone and the vehicle itself.
Press the “TEL” button. Select “Tel,” then “Bluetooth devices,” and then select “Update.” The audio system will then search for in-range Bluetooth devices and add them to the telephone list.
Select the phone you wish to connect from the list by pushing the audio controller or selecting “Options” and then “Authorize.” If a Bluetooth connection is successfully established, the multimedia screen will display an input menu for a passcode.
Enter a one- to sixteen-digit passcode using the keypad on the audio controller unit and confirm it by pressing the “✆” button. Enter the same passcode on your mobile phone.
If prompted, you may need to confirm the authorization after entering the passcode on your phone.
As long as you follow these steps, you shouldn’t have an issue pairing your phone to your 2009 Mercedes-Benz C300. Keep in mind that you can only connect a phone while the vehicle is not in motion and that up to 15 devices can be paired to your vehicle at one time—only one, however, can be connected at a time.
