Does the 2008 Honda CR-V have Bluetooth?

I’m looking for a used car and I have one in mind—but whether or not it has Bluetooth connectivity will be a huge factor in my decision. Do older CR-Vs have Bluetooth connectivity?

When you’re buying a used car, it’s a great idea to have a list of what you want and need from your vehicle to narrow down the list. And if you want Bluetooth in your car, you should know the 2008
Honda CR-V
did not have Bluetooth. That said, you can add Bluetooth to it with an aftermarket kit.
Honda didn’t start offering Bluetooth on the CR-V until the 2010 model year when it was an optional feature for the
EX-L
trim. By 2013, though, Bluetooth was standard on the CR-V.
You can shop for a newer CR-V or stick with the 2008 model that you like and add an aftermarket
Bluetooth adapter
. These adapter kits are cheap and easy to install. For as little as $5, you can bring Bluetooth connectivity to any older car that has a cassette or auxiliary audio jack. It’s an easy, affordable fix that will bring budget-friendly used cars up to modern infotainment standards.
