Does Safeco charge a late fee after one day of a missed payment?
Their system is down and i need to make a payment on the 25th. It'll be back up on the 26th, but how much would i pay for a late fee?

won’t charge a late fee if a payment is late by one day. However, every company is different.If payment for your
Safeco
policy is due while their system is down, you should call their customer service team at 800-332-3226. They have an automated payment option that allows you to pay by phone. Another option to avoid a late payment is to enroll in autopay. With automatic payments, your payment will automatically be taken out of your account every month. Autopay ensures you’re never late or miss a payment, even if there’s system maintenance.
While you may be able to submit your payment now, you should still call Safeco to explain. As their system was down for maintenance, they’ll likely be understanding of the situation.
