Does PIP coverage vary depending on your car insurance carrier?

Will I have the same PIP benefits and coverages or does it change with every carrier? I live in New Jersey and I'm thinking of switching car insurance carriers.

“Since PIP coverage is part of New Jersey’s
minimum coverage car insurance
required, most carriers offer the same benefits. The biggest difference may be the coverage limits they offer.
Car insurance
carriers are required to offer at least $15,000 and up to $250,000 in personal injury protection. While not required, some carriers do offer higher limits than $250,000.
If you’re looking to switch car insurance carriers, you shouldn’t have an issue matching your current
PIP
benefits in a new policy.”
