Does my PIP insurance cover another driver?

Will my PIP insurance cover the other driver's injuries? I was in an accident and at fault.

“If you are at fault in an accident and the other driver is injured, your
bodily injury liability
would cover them. Bodily injury liability is designed to provide coverage for any person you injure in an at-fault accident up to your policy limits.
If their injuries should exceed your bodily injury limits, you’ll likely have to pay out of pocket for their expenses unless they agree to settle for less.
Your
personal injury protection
only covers you or your passenger’s medical expenses, even when you’re at fault. If you’re at fault without PIP, you’d be responsible for paying for your medical expenses out of pocket or solely through your health insurance.”
