Yes, the new Mazda MX-30, is the brand’s first
electric car
, but the brand also offers a few hybrid models as well including the Mazda CX-30, Mazda3, and Mazda2.
The Mazda MX-30 SUV has a starting MSRP of $34,695 and comes with a 30.0-kWh battery pack that’s good for up to 100 miles of driving range. The electric motor is capable of 143-hp and the EPA has determined that the MX-30 is good for 98 MPGe city, 85 MPGe highway and 92 MPGe combined. This is the first-ever all-electric powertrain for the Japanese automaker
