Does home insurance cover air conditioner replacement?
This summer has been way hotter than normal, so we’ve been using our air conditioner more often. All of a sudden, our air conditioner stopped working! We have a home insurance policy. Will our home insurance cover an air conditioner replacement?

The weather in the past few years has definitely become unpredictable! Even though you have a home insurance policy, it won’t cover an air conditioner replacement in this instance.
It sounds like your air conditioner stopped working due to age or general wear and tear.
