Does full coverage cover tree damage?

A huge windstorm caused a tree branch to fall on my car. I have full coverage. Will that cover the damage?

“If you have full coverage on your
car insurance
policy, it will cover damage from a windstorm.
Full coverage consists of
comprehensive insurance
and collision insurance. While collision insurance covers damage from hitting another vehicle or object when you’re at fault, comprehensive insurance covers a specific set of perils that aren’t a result of your driving actions. Windstorms are typically included in this type of coverage.
However, a comprehensive claim is still subject to your deductible. You will be responsible for covering your deductible amount before your insurance kicks in. Also, if the damage to your vehicle is less than your insurance deductible, you’re responsible for the entire amount of repairs.
