Does Farmers car insurance cover flooding?
I'm currently insured with Farmers. Does their car insurance provide coverage for flooding?
“Farmers car insurance will provide coverage for flooding, if you have the comprehensive coverage on your policy.
Comprehensive insurance provides coverage for damage done to your vehicle from covered perils. These covered perils include theft and vandalism, as well as acts of God such as flooding, fire, and windstorm damage.
Look over your policy to find out whether you have comprehensive insurance. Your insurance declaration page will give you an overview of the coverage you have.
If you’re still unsure, you can always reach out to Farmers directly at 1-888-327-6335. They can give you a quote on comprehensive coverage if you don’t have it already.”
