Does Esurance provide coverage in Mexico?

I'm currently insured with Esurance. Will I be covered if I take a trip to Mexico? I plan on driving since I live close to the border.

 company.
Allstate partners with Mexican insurance companies to provide Mexican auto insurance, so Esurance should as well. To confirm you can get coverage in Mexico, call Esurance at 1-800-378-7262. Your car insurance policy for Mexico is likely different from your U.S. policy, so an agent can provide you with details regarding coverage.
Mexico does not recognize American
liability car insurance
, so you need to have coverage before crossing the border.
If you can’t get coverage in Mexico from Esurance, go through other sources. Travel insurance companies may offer
temporary car insurance
 for Mexico.
