Does Disneyland have electric car-charging stations?
I just bought a new Tesla and am planning a trip to Disneyland for the first time. Is there anywhere on Disney property where I’ll be able to charge my car?

Tesla
and that you are planning your first trip to Disneyland!The good news is that Disneyland Resort and Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, CA began installing
electric car
-charging stations in 2014. So there should be plenty of electric car-charging stations available during your vacation!The charging stations at Disneyland are part of ChargePoint. It’s a good idea to set up a ChargePoint account before your trip. You will need to have an account to utilize the chargers.
The ChargePoint stations are available in the following parking areas at Disneyland:
- Mickey and Friends parking structure
- Pixar Pals parking structure
- Toy Story parking lot
- Simba Downtown Disney Parking Lot
- Disneyland Hotel
- Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
There are charging rates, in addition to regular parking fees.
Once you arrive at one of the lots to park, let the Disneyland cast member know that you would like an electric vehicle charging space. The cast member will then be able to direct you further. You can also use the ChargePoint website or app for real-time updates on which charging stations are currently available.
