Does color affect the resale value of a car?

I want to paint my car orange with a metallic sheen. Will it decrease the resale value because it's an unusual color?

Painting your car metallic orange can affect the resale price and make it more difficult to sell. There is a much higher demand for common colors, such as black, white, and grey, than for an unique colors.
While painting your vehicle orange may impact the value, it won’t impact your
