Does American Family have classic car insurance?
My home and 2020 Toyota Tacoma are currently insured with American Family and I was wondering if I could also insure my newly acquired 1965 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 with them. Does American Family have classic car insurance?

Congratulations on finding such a cool car! Fortunately, American Family offers classic car insurance, but the vehicle in question must meet a few requirements to be eligible. These requirements are:
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Maintained for pleasure or the occasional use in exhibitions, parades, club activities, etc.
- Is a rarity due to its unique design, exceptional craftsmanship, and excellent condition OR is a replica/reproduction of an antique or classic vehicle
American Family also stipulates that the vehicle cannot be used for daily use—that is, you have another vehicle you use for everyday driving. If your vehicle meets these requirements, you should qualify for American Family’s classic car insurance program.
If you do insure your classic car with American Family, you’ll enjoy the same coverages included in a regular auto insurance policy, as well as a few extra options that better address your vehicle’s unique needs. What’s more, American Family won’t limit your classic car’s annual mileage—as long as it isn’t your everyday ride, you can drive it as much as you like.
