AAA
may not have contracted towers in the area, which could significantly impact response time.In some cases, you may be asked to obtain service from the nearest provider and to submit a bill to review for possible reimbursement. This usually happens if there are tow companies in the area but none that are contracted with your service provider.
It may be worth adding
towing coverage
to your plan if AAA can not effectively cover you in a remote area. Whenever you are traveling through remote areas, make sure to bring any extra supplies necessary to stay safe in case your vehicle becomes disabled.”
