Does a Progressive auto insurance policy cover towing?

How do I know if my policy covers towing? I have liability coverage with Progressive.

“If you have a basic liability policy from
Progressive
, it will not cover towing.
However, you can add Progressive’s 24/7 Roadside Assistance that will tow you up to 15 miles free of charge. The cost of this add-on will vary by location and other factors.”
