Does a 2008 Hyundai Elantra have Bluetooth?
I’m picking up my new 2008 Elantra from the dealership later today and am wondering if I should ask about installing a Bluetooth adapter. Unless I don’t need to? Does the 2008 Hyundai Elantra come with Bluetooth already installed?

You’re in luck! The 2008 Hyundai Elantra does have Bluetooth capabilities! To pair your phone, follow these steps:
- Turn on your car and the radio, and make sure you are safely parked before proceeding.
- Push the Setup button on your dash.
- Use the volume knob to highlight Phone and push the Enter button on your dash.
- Select Pair and confirm by pressing Enter.
- Go to your phone’s Bluetooth menu and tap Add a new device or a similar prompt.
- You may have to enter the PIN from your radio screen and confirm to complete the connection.
In addition to Bluetooth, the 2008 Elantra came with a lot of other nifty features, including:
- CD player
- MP3 player
- Satellite radio
- Remote control liftgate
- Rear window defroster
- Heated seats
- Cruise control
- Hands-free phone
- Remote keyless entry
It’s important to take the time to set up your Elantra’s features before you hit the road. The hands-free calling feature is an easy way to avoid a distracted driving citation. Avoiding tickets and dangerous driving not only keeps you safer on the road, but it can also help keep your car insurance costs down!
