Android Auto is a great feature to have for that purpose—especially when it comes to reducing distracted driving. Unfortunately, the Volvo XC70 does not have Android Auto, but its successor, the Volvo XC90, does.

On the Volvo XC90, Android Auto has been available since its introduction in 2017, but it wasn’t included as standard until the following 2018 model year.

Whether Android Auto is optional or standard on these Volvos will vary depending on the model year. If you were set on the 2016 Volvo XC70, however, that model would still have Bluetooth to give you hands-free phone capabilities.
