Do members of the royal family have driving licenses?
I live in California and was driving around Montecito the other day. I saw a swarm of people and a car that everyone was saying was Prince Harry and Megan. Are the Royal family able to drive themselves around town?

, which means the rest of the Royal Family must have driving licenses before getting behind the wheel of a car. Sources say that both Prince William and Prince Harry have their driver’s licenses, and both passed their tests on the first attempt. Prince Harry was even seen teaching his wife Megan Markle how to drive manual and on the left side of the road.
The Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip, willingly turned over his driver’s license after being involved in a serious car crash in Norfolk in 2019. He is allowed to drive on his private royal estates, but he cannot legally drive on main roads.
There’s little information available on whether other royal family members have driver’s licenses.
