Do Jeeps have Bluetooth?

I see a lot of late 2000s/early 2010s Jeep models for sale online and I really like the way they look, but I’m worried about the lack of technology features (I can’t help it, I’m a millennial!). Is there Bluetooth in Jeeps?

Jeep was actually one of the first vehicles to have Bluetooth capability!
Jeep
has had Bluetooth as an upgrade option since 2001.
At the turn of the century,
Chrysler
saw the growing need for in-car Bluetooth due to states like
New York
outlawing cell phone use behind the wheel. Drivers with a Bluetooth-enabled phone could have a Bluetooth system installed on their Chrysler, Jeep, or
Dodge
vehicle as long as it was between model years 2000 and 2002.
By 2003, Bluetooth became a factory-installed tech feature—but it was typically reserved for top-tier trim levels or available as a premium upgrade. Keep in mind that in the early days, Bluetooth technology only aided the driver in making hands-free phone calls, there wasn’t any music streaming.
As far as Bluetooth becoming a standard feature, Jeep was late to the party. Models like the
Patriot
didn’t include Bluetooth across all trim levels until 2016 and more rugged models like
Wrangler
didn’t have standard Bluetooth until 2018.
