Do I need any of the coverages that Hertz offers for a rental car?

I'm going to be renting a car from Hertz and there are a few different types of coverage they're recommending. Do I need them? They are supplemental liability, loss damage waiver, and personal accident and effects. I have my own car insurance policy as well.

“Almost every rental car company offers the same
rental car insurance
options. These include:
  • Supplemental liability, which covers others’ property damage and injuries if you’re at fault in an accident
  • Loss damage waiver, which covers theft of or damage to the vehicle
  • Personal accident and effects, which covers your personal property if it’s damaged or stolen
You should check with your insurance carrier, as your liability coverage may extend to rental cars. If you have
collision coverage
, any damage to the rental vehicle that’s your fault may also be covered.
The only thing that may not be covered are your personal effects. If you’re concerned about them, you can reach out to your current carrier about coverage or opt for the rental company’s coverage.
If you’re purchasing the rental car with a credit card, you should also look into the credit card company’s insurance options for rental vehicles.”
