Do I have to pay the towing company if I used OnStar?
I have OnStar Roadside Assistance, but I'm not sure if it covers towing. I might switch to AAA, which will cover towing costs. Does anyone know if OnStar pays for towing?
You’re going to have to pay for the tow with OnStar. However, if you have a car insurance policy with towing and labor coverage, your insurance company will reimburse you.
If you don’t have this coverage, switching to AAA might be a sound move.
You can also get a roadside assistance membership with the Jerry. Jerry’s membership provides you with industry-leading roadside assistance, including benefits like towing, lockout service, and a mechanics hotline.
