Do I have to pay back any money I receive after a claim?

My insurance paid out a PIP claim after I was injured in an at-fault accident. Do I have to pay them back?

“Since you were at fault in the accident, you are not required to pay your
car insurance
back for the PIP claim.
If you were not at fault in an accident, your insurance would likely seek reimbursement from the at-fault party’s insurance. If you chose to file a lawsuit against the other driver, your insurance would seek part of the settlement to cover your
personal injury
costs.
Beyond this, you wouldn’t be required to pay anything additional to your insurance. You pay a premium to ensure that you have coverage for claims.”
