Do gas stations have electric car charging stations?
I wish that I could go to a regular gas station to top up my EV. It makes no sense that I have to go to another place altogether. Do gas stations have electric car charging stations yet?

Many EV owners share in your frustration. Luckily, some gas stations have begun adding charging stations for electric cars.
American gas-station owners are conflicted about whether or not to upgrade their stations to accommodate
electric car
charging. They can’t seem to justify the high costs of the upgrade, but they do recognize that electric cars will likely dominate future travel. Some gas stations, convenience stores, and truck stops have begun adding a few fast chargers to test the new technology and future-proof their business. However, the progress is relatively slow because the cost of charging units and installation can be more than $100,000 per unit.
Most electric car owners do the bulk of their charging at home, but when you need to top up in public, you can use websites like PlugShare and ChargeHub to find a convenient location.
