Do electric cars shake more on freeways?

I’ve heard that some vehicles shake when driving at high speeds. Does this apply to electric vehicles as well? Do electric cars shake more on freeways?

Good question! No,
electric cars
don’t shake more on the freeways than traditional gas-powered cars do.
Since the batteries in EVs are significantly heavier, electric vehicles are constructed differently than internal combustion engine cars. The battery is at the base of the vehicle in a skateboard-like configuration. This actually allows for the weight to be distributed much more evenly throughout the vehicle and limit the shaking at high speeds.
Some shaking of the cabin is normal, especially at high speeds. However, if you notice that your car is shaking a lot while you are driving, it may be a sign to get it checked out. There are a number of factors that may contribute to your
car shaking or vibrating
while you drive.
