Do electric cars have tailpipes?

I still drive a regular car, and EVs remain a big mystery to me. They look pretty similar, but I know they're missing many things I'm used to seeing on my car. Do electric vehicles have tailpipes?

Electric cars are quite different from regular gas-powered cars. You won’t find one on an electric car when it comes to parts like tailpipes.
Electric cars
have no engines; they use motors powered by electricity. Since electricity is its power source, electric vehicles don’t need to emit exhaust and therefore does not need liquid fuel components like tailpipes, fuel pump, fuel lines, or a fuel tank.
There are many other differences between electric and fueled cars, but they both need excellent car insurance. Let Jerry help you audit your current policy to ensure you’re getting the best coverage for the most affordable price.
