Do any auto insurance carriers offer affordable rates in Dover, Delaware?
I recently moved to Dover and can't find affordable coverage. Even with liability-only coverage, I'm still being quoted at $300 a month. Where can I find affordable insurance? I won't be driving my vehicle very often.

“Finding affordable car insurance can be a challenge when you move. Every state has different rules and regulations regarding insurance. This can often impact premiums, along with the various other factors that carriers take into consideration when rating a policy.
If you aren’t going to be driving your vehicle very often, you should look into carriers that offer low-mileage discounts. Some even offer pay-per-mile programs.
Not every insurance company offers the same discounts or rates, so it will take some shopping around to find the best rate for you.
Start comparison shopping and look into smaller carriers within your area. While larger carriers are more popular, there may be a local company that can provide you with a more competitive rate.
You could also consider meeting with a car insurance broker who works with a variety of carriers. “
