Do all rental car companies allow you to travel into Canada?

I'm looking into a car rental to take a trip to Vancouver from Seattle. Are there specific rental companies that allow you to travel into Canada?

“Most rental car companies allow cross-border travel to Canada, including:
  • Alamo
  • Budget
  • Enterprise
  • Hertz
  • Avis
Be aware that each company has their own rules and regulations. Some companies only allow certain vehicles to be used for cross border travel, while others don’t allow one-way travel.
All companies require you to disclose a trip to Canada. This is partially because they are required to ensure you have the proper car insurance on the vehicle.
When you’re at the rental counter, you should also inquire about a Canadian non-resident insurance card. When you get to the border, the border agent will ask for this, as well as your driver’s license and passport.
If you travel to Canada frequently, you may want to consider a non-owner car insurance policy if you don’t own a vehicle. Download the Jerry app to compare rates from dozens of insurers and find the best coverage for your needs.”
