I can’t remember the specifics of Michigan’s left turn rules; can you turn left at a red light in the state of Michigan?

In the state of
Michigan
, you can only turn left on a red light if you’re turning from a one-way street onto another one-way.
Michigan traffic laws
prohibit you from turning left on a red light if traffic goes both ways.
Also, be sure to watch out for intersections that use a Michigan Left, and in standard intersections, you’ve also got to yield to the right of way, so if a vehicle approaches or a pedestrian is at the intersection, let them pass before you complete the turn.
