- In Utah, there is a three-day rescission law, which allows you to return something you regret purchasing. However, this law does not apply to motor vehicles.
- After you buy a vehicle in Utah, you assume full responsibility for it, even if you decide you no longer want it or are unable to afford it.
- Some sellers may stipulate a different return policy, but for the most part, vehicles may only be returned for their trade-in value, which must be used toward the purchase of another vehicle.
