Can you return a car in Kentucky?

I live in Kentucky and just bought a used car. Unfortunately, it’s a total lemon and I’m not sure what to do. In Kentucky, can you return a car?

This only applies if the dealer cannot perform necessary repairs. If that’s the case, you can choose to receive either a replacement or refund for a used vehicle.
There are different rules for returning a new car in Kentucky. For new cars, you’ll have to take the vehicle back, in its original condition, within 24 hours to receive a refund.
Keep in mind that rules will vary based on your warranty.
