Can you put car mats in the dryer?

I just cleaned my rubber car mats. They are still wet, however, and I want to get them back in my car. Can you put car mats in the dryer?

You can not put car mats in the dryer. If you put your rubber mat in the dryer, there is a risk of melting or burning. Even fabric car mats are likely to have rubber edging.
Thankfully, these rubber mats are waterproof and should dry quickly. If you want to speed the process along, wipe them down with towels.
