Can you listen to music while driving a motorcycle?

I love listening to music while I drive. I’m not sure if that’s allowed when riding a motorcycle—it’s honestly a big reason that I haven’t bought one yet. Can you have music playing while riding a motorcycle?

Yes, you can listen to music while driving a
motorcycle
! However, some listening methods are safer than others.
If you’d like to listen to music, there are a few dos and don’ts to keep in mind:
  • Do install a Bluetooth device inside your helmet.
  • Do install a stereo system on your motorcycle.
  • Do not use headphones or earbuds while driving a motorcycle. Using headphones while driving is both illegal and dangerous since it prevents you from being fully aware of what’s going on around you.
If you decide to get a motorcycle, you’ll need insurance for it, too. Luckily,
