Can you install cruise control on a car?

I’m thinking of buying a used BMW, and I see it comes with a Certified Pre-Owned warranty, which is great, but does BMW offer an extended warranty for used cars, too?

I’m moving to Iowa, but I’m from the East Coast. Everywhere I drive on the coast, it’s tollways. When all is said and done, it adds up quite a bit. Hopefully, Iowa isn’t the same. Are there any tollways in Iowa?

I’ve spent the last couple of years repairing an old race car. While I’ve done all the maintenance and tuning myself, the car’s steering has been feeling loose. I’m not sure what needs to be done. How can you fix a loose feeling race car?
