Can you install cruise control on a car?

Is it possible to add cruise control to a car that doesn’t have it? My vehicle doesn’t have cruise control, but I’m going to go on a road trip this summer and I would love to have the option.

Yes, it’s possible to install
cruise control
on a car. However, aftermarket cruise control kits won’t be the same as a factory-installed cruise control system.
You can install an aftermarket kit yourself or have a professional do it for you. If you lack experience working on cars, it’s typically best to talk to a professional—the installation process can be a little complicated.
