Can you get liability insurance in Texas without a license?

“You can probably purchase car insurance without a license, though it might be difficult to find a carrier that will sell it to you because of the risk of you driving unlicensed.
If another licensed driver is going to be operating the vehicle, but you want to maintain the policy you could try adding them as the primary driver and listing yourself as an excluded driver.”
