I’ve always lived in a city with great public transportation, but recently, I’ve needed a car to go run errands. I usually take my roommate’s car because the trip is short, but I don’t have a license. Can I get a ticket for driving without a license?

Doing so is easy as an adult:
- Request or obtain a rules of the road book from your DMV.
- Pass the written exam.
- Practice driving with a licensed driver.
