Can you flat tow a 2021 Ford Edge?
My sister wants to sell me her 2021 Ford Edge before she moves overseas with her husband. While I’m interested, I only want to buy it if I can flat tow it behind my motorhome. Can I do this with a 2021 Edge?

It depends. While you cannot flat tow either the AWD or FWD with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, you can flat tow a 2021 Ford Edge that has the 2.7-liter EcoBoost V-6 engine. For more information on how to flat tow your 2021 Edge, check out pages 180 and 277 in your owner’s manual.
If your sister’s 2021 Ford Edge has the 2.0-liter engine, you can still tow it if you buy a flatbed trailer—or any other type of trailer that lifts all four wheels off the ground.
