I love offroading in my Subaru. The AWD really rocks it, and the car gets around really well. The only thing is, sometimes when we go over really rough terrain, the ride will get excessively bumpy. Can you upgrade a Subaru Outback’s suspension?

The short answer is: yes, you can do a Subaru Outback suspension upgrade.
Lifting your Subaru even a little can give you increased ground clearance and the ability to run larger tires. It also makes your Outback look a little meaner!

suspension upgrade kit will include things like front strut extensions, front sway bar brackets, trailing arm drop brackets, control arms, brake line relocation brackets, coil-overs, and more. You can spend anywhere between $150 and $500 to do this upgrade, depending on the kit you buy and whether or not you install it at home.Like any car modification, you’ll want to inform your insurance right away if you lift your Subaru.
