Can I get car insurance coverage for my sound system?

Is there a coverage I can add to my policy to cover my sound system? I installed a brand new radio and sound system in my 2007 Honda Civic.

“Many car insurance companies do offer sound system coverage. As most basic car insurance policies don’t cover aftermarket parts or modifications, you’ll need additional coverage to protect them from theft.
To find out what your car insurance covers, you should reach out to them directly. They’ll be able to tell you whether your sound system would be covered under comprehensive insurance or whether you’ll need something additional.
If your current carrier doesn’t offer sound system coverage, you can shop around.
Allstate is one company that does offer sound system coverage. You can compare rates with various companies and decide who will provide you with the best coverage and rate.”
