Can I get an attorney if I wasn't at fault in an accident?
I was injured in an accident and the police determined I wasn't at fault. Am I able to get a lawyer to represent me? I'm having issues with the other driver's insurance company.

If you weren’t at fault in the accident and are having difficulties with the liable party’s insurance, you have three options:
Hire a lawyer who specializes in these types of cases
Sue the driver for all of the costs associated with the accident.
