Can I get a rental car from another driver's insurance company if the other driver was at fault in an accident?
I was driving when another car hit me from behind. I don't have the money to fix it, and it suffered significant damage. That said, I still need a car to get to work. Will the other driver's insurance provide me with a rental car?

, it should pay for your rental car until your vehicle is fixed.If they other person’s insurance company is giving you the runaround, just keep calling until you get a claims adjuster who can get the job done. You shouldn’t have to miss out on work because of another person’s blunder.”
