Can I get a rental car from another driver's insurance company if the other driver was at fault in an accident?
I was driving when another car hit me from behind. I don't have the money to fix it, and it suffered significant damage. That said, I still need a car to get to work. Will the other driver's insurance provide me with a rental car?

“If the other motorist has any sort of liability coverage, it should pay for your rental car until your vehicle is fixed.
If they other person’s insurance company is giving you the runaround, just keep calling until you get a claims adjuster who can get the job done. You shouldn’t have to miss out on work because of another person’s blunder.”

Can I make a claim with my own insurance if the other driver is underinsured?
I wasn't at fault in an accident and the other driver only has $25,000 in liability coverage. My medical bills and the damage to my vehicle have exceeded this limit. I do have uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. Am I able to submit a claim to my own insurance?
