Can I drink non-alcoholic beer while driving?

I love drinking Heineken 0.0, and it’s been one of my go-to drinks since I’m trying to lose weight. Since it doesn’t contain alcohol, I’m interested in drinking it while I drive around. Can I get in trouble for drinking N/A beer while driving?

Even other N/A beers can only contain a maximum of 0.5% alcohol, which won’t lead to an open container charge.
However, you shouldn’t be surprised if you’re pulled over while drinking a non-alcoholic beer. N/A beers, including Heineken 0.0, come in bottles that look identical to regular beers. As a result, a cop may pull you over on suspicion of driving under the influence. While he can’t issue you a
