Can I cancel a Zipcar reservation?

How can I cancel a Zipcar reservation? Does the company allow changes to reservations?

“Plans can change, especially when you don’t own a vehicle! Thankfully, Zipcar allows changes and cancellations within the following timeframes:
  • When you first book a reservation or create a trip, you have 30 minutes to modify it.
  • For trips less than eight hours, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to three hours before the start time
  • For trips that are eight hours or longer, you must give notice 24 hours in advance.
  • You can also extend your reservation at any time if no existing reservations follow yours.
If you miss any of these timeframes, you will be charged the full amount of the trip.”
