Are U-turns legal in Pennsylvania?

I’m driving to Pittsburgh to see the Reds take on the Pirates this summer. Since I’ve never been to Pennsylvania before, I want to make sure I’m not breaking any driving laws. Can I legally make a U-turn in Pennsylvania?
