Are Toyota warranties transferable?

I usually own a car for about four years, pay the loan off, and then sell it privately. However, I’ve never owned a Toyota until now. If I want to sell a Toyota in the future, are the warranties transferable?

If you want to maximize your resale value, you can rest easy knowing that all
Toyota
warranties are 100% transferable. The only way that you wouldn’t be able to transfer the warranty is if it’s already expired.
Since you said you pay off the loan in about four years, the three-year, 36,000-mile basic warranty would no longer be in effect. However, you could still transfer the five-year, 60,000-mile powertrain warranty with no issues. Just call the dealership and tell them you want to transfer the warranty and they’ll take care of the rest.
Since you’ve most likely taken out a
car loan
for your Toyota, your lender will require full coverage car insurance. It can get rather expensive, so before you plop down a king’s ransom for your coverage, use the
