Are there any lenders that offer car loans for low-income buyers?
I need a car to get to my retail job. I don't make much. Will any lender work with me?
“Every lender is different in the types of loans they offer, but there are many options out there for low-income buyers. If you need a car but cannot afford a large monthly payment, you should first talk with a bank or credit union that you already have a relationship with, then check with online lenders and dealerships. “

Can apartment management require you to list them as a certificate holder or interested party?
"As a condition of my lease, the management of my new apartment wants me to list them as a certificate holder or interested party on my renters insurance. Can they legally make this demand? I'd prefer not to list them on my policy if I don't have to. "
