Are key fobs covered under Ford’s warranty?
I can’t believe this is happening—I lost my key fob! I know these can be expensive to replace, so please tell me they’re covered under my Ford’s warranty.

Key fobs are not covered under Ford’s basic vehicle warranties. However, if you purchased a Ford Protect PremiumCARE Extended Service Plan with your Ford, the Key Services option protects against lost, stolen, or destroyed keys and key fobs.
