Are driving tests canceled due to rain?

I scheduled my driving test, but the weather forecast looks like it’s going to rain. Can you take your driving test if it’s raining?

Driving tests could be canceled due to rain if the examiner determines that the weather has created unsafe driving conditions. However, this is completely up to the discretion of the examiner.
If you’re just experiencing light rain, you may still take your driving test. But if your area is experiencing thunderstorms or heavy rain, the examiner may reschedule the test.
To find out for sure, call the DMV or driving school to inquire about whether your driving test is still on. If it is, show up early to get mentally ready for the test, as well as to fill out any necessary paperwork.
Once you pass your driving test, remember that you’ll need
car insurance
before you hit the road. Your parents’ insurance should cover you if you’re using their car, but you’ll need your own insurance otherwise. That’s when the
