Are all the services on Sam's Club roadside assistance free?

Will I get charged for Sam's Club roadside assistance? I signed up for Sam's Club roadside assistance when I bought new tires.

“Sam’s Club roadside assistance program offers free towing for up to 10 miles.
They also offer no-cost:
  • jump-starts
  • winching
  • lockout service
  • flat tire changes
The only times you’ll pay is if you want to be towed more than 10 miles or you need fuel delivery to a remote location.
These features are comparable to what you’d get with
AAA
 or a
car insurance
 roadside assistance policy, so it’s probably not a bad deal.”
