Am I paying too much for car insurance in Kansas?

I have a Chevy S10 that I currently pay about $60 a month to insure for liability only. I had a minor fender bender recently, but I wasn't at fault. Am I paying too much for car insurance?

In Kansas, you’ll pay the least in Salina and the most in Kansas City. At $60 a month, you’re probably paying too much, unless you live in a larger city like KC, Wichita, or Topeka.
