Will my home insurance cover cracked walls?
I've noticed some cracking in my basement walls. Will home insurance cover this damage?
Typically, cracked walls are the result of settling in the foundation, and in most states that is not covered by home insurance. If there was a peril that caused the walls to crack, then they may be covered. It depends on what caused them to crack, and if that peril is covered on your policy.

Can my boyfriend be on my car insurance in Massachusetts if we live together but are unmarried?
Is it possible for my boyfriend and I to be on the same policy if we live together but drive separate cars? We're trying to simplify our lives and cut costs and it would be great if I could add my boyfriend to my insurance.

"If I get a business insurance policy to cover the small business I run out of my house, will I have to pay more for homeowners insurance? "
My home policy doesn't cover my business, so I need to get a separate policy for that. But I'm wondering if I'll be charged more for home insurance as a result.
